Return and Exchange Policy

At Rayon Boutique, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide a clear Return and Exchange Policy under the following terms.

Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving their order, provided that:

• The product is in its original condition.
• The product has not been worn or washed.
• The product is free from makeup stains, perfume, or any other odors.
• The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags and price labels attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Free items, clearance products, and accessories are not eligible for returns.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that:

• The product is in its original condition.
• The product has not been worn or washed.
• The product is free from makeup stains, perfume, or any other odors.
• The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags and price labels attached.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping fees.

Clearance products may only be exchanged within 3 days of delivery and cannot be returned.

Accessories are not eligible for exchange or return.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Requests can be submitted through WhatsApp at:

Please provide:

• Subject Return or Exchange
• Invoice number
• Customer name
• Product name
• Reason for the request

For Returns

Please also provide:

• Bank name
• IBAN number
• Account holder name

For Exchanges

Please pay the applicable shipping fee via bank transfer and send the payment confirmation through WhatsApp to complete your request.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets the policy requirements, the return or exchange process will be completed according to our approved procedures.
